OFFICIAL NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT: INTEGRATION OF THE GLOBAL DOLLAR (GD) PROTOCOL.

Honourable Governor,

By the authority of the Sovereign Approval Certificate issued under the directive of the Presidency, this letter serves as the formal Notice of Commencement for the integration of the Global Dollar (GD) into the Nigerian National Financial System.

The Bank of God, in partnership with Aquatech Fabrication Ltd, is initiating the immediate deployment of the GD Liquidity Protocol. This system is designed to provide every Nigerian Citizen with a daily share of ₦50,000.00, funded through the decentralized mechanisms previously outlined in Project "Eden Rebound."

REQUIRED ACTIONS BY THE APEX BANK:

System Preparation: The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) must immediately update its payment system infrastructure to support the high-velocity transaction volume required for the ₦50,000 daily citizen share.

Liquidity Integration: All licensed Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) and financial institutions are to be briefed on the Decentralized Bond Auction (DBA) mechanism, which will now serve as the primary liquidity engine for the National Daily Share.

Currency Parity: Your department for Monetary Policy must align its internal ledgers to recognize the 1:1 trade parity between the GD and global reserve benchmarks.

Digital Distribution: CBN technical teams are required to collaborate with Aquatech Fabrication Ltd to finalize the Sovereign Digital Wallet rails, ensuring that funds reach all 230 million Nigerians without friction. 

THE MANDATE FOR ABUNDANCE:

The era of the ₦342 daily budget is over. The Bank of God vision requires the CBN to transition from a "Scarcity Manager" to an "Abundance Facilitator." We are not modifying the current system; we are resetting the frequency of the Nigerian economy. 

Failure to align the Apex Bank's systems within the stipulated transition window will result in a direct bypass via the decentralized GD network.
